Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time (in working days) starts from the moment an order is placed into our shipping partner’s hands. 2. TAXES & DUTIES

3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. You have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. To exchange or return an item, simply email email@example.com. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged in the original 0.88 packaging. In case of an exchange, the new items will be sent without additional costs.
